Sneak Peek from the Muscle Car and Corvette 2012 Show

The Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals team is hard at work on the all new 64 page annual MCACN magazine. This all glossy full color magazine is much more then just a bird-cage liner! It will be filled with show features, the schedule of events and celebrity appearances, sponsor profiles and of course, features and photos of actual cars and the people who will be at the show. If you would like to see your car or business in our magazine, now is the time! If you wont be showing a car in the show and aren't a vendor, its time for you to add your name to our mailing list to be sure you get your FREE copy of the magazine in your mailbox!

Since we feature only cars that are registered, make sure that you have properly signed up to be in the show. Registration is now open and we are tracking way ahead of last year in all area’s, with well over twice as many cars and vendors already signed up. Don’t be left out...register now!* “With the diversity and quality of the show, we are really pumped about what you will see in the magazine, and especially, in the show this year,” stated MCACN Managing Member, Bob Ashton. “We want to be sure that owners of significant cars who want to see their car in print get the opportunity, but as you know, we only use cars that are indeed registered and planning on being at the show” he said. And there is no shortage of the best and the rarest coming to the Chicago area again this year from across the country, and even outside of the country. All of our special Invitational displays have been extremely well received, and single and club entries are coming in at a steady pace. For vendors planning on being at the show, the new Car Show Guide offers an excellent and very affordable way to drive business to your booth, and it lets everyone know you’ll be at the show. Ad pricing starts at just $100 for a business card size ad, with a limited amount of full pages offered for $800. Quarter page and half page ad space is also available. SUPERCAR REGISTRY MUSCLE AND SUPERCARS WEBSITE CONTINUES TO SUPPORT MUSCLE CAR AND CORVETTE NATIONALS SHOW

The MCACN is pleased to have the continued support of the Supercar community through what is clearly the best website devoted to Dealer-built Supercars and Muscle Cars in the world; www.yenko.net. If you aren’t familiar with this site...you should be, and if you are, you know how cool it is. If you want to learn from the best and hear from those who are not only passionate about the cars, but just good folks, this is the place to be. The combined knowledge that frequents the site is absolutely amazing, and the sharing of that knowledge is what really makes it unique.

When the site was launched many years ago, it was primarily devoted to Chevrolet Super Cars, but over the years, it has expanded into various makes and models of Muscle. Recently, additional individual sub-forums were created for AMC, Buick, Chevrolet, Ford-Mercury, Pontiac, Mopar, Olds, Day 2 Stuff and 5th generation Camaro. These are in addition to the wide variety of Muscle Car related forums that were already there. The site also has for sale sections for both cars and parts, and special forums for Shelby and many of the original Supercar dealers, including Nickey!

This year we are pleased to again host the sYc Members Showcase display. This is always one of the most popular areas of our show. Come and see some of the finest and rarest Dealer-built Supercars and Muscle Cars from across the country, and meet the members who share their knowledge on the Yenko.net website. We have several fresh restorations that will be in the display too, including a couple that are being worked on as we speak!
One of our very first entries for 2012 was Bruce Eilenberger, an sYc Member, with his 1969 Camaro COPO 427 pictured above. He will be displaying in the sYc Members Showcase .
